61L-1.004: Requirements of RegistrationNOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38 No. 72, November 15, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
61L-1.004 Procedures for Registration.
Application for the issuance of a Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration may be made by regular mail, express mail, certified mail, or hand delivery U.S. Mail or in person at 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-0783. Assistance with the application process may be obtained at selected Department of Business and Professional Regulation field offices. , or any other place so designated by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation where staff are trained to administer the test and assist with the completion and submission of forms. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of registration, an applicant seeking a certificate must comply with the following requirements:

(4) Successfully take and pass the Farm Labor Contractor Test and pay the nonrefundable examination fee of $35.00. When an applicant passes the test, they must comply with all other registration requirements before a certificate of registration will be issued;
