The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX”) is seeking a qualified and experienced engineering Firm or team of Firms with the necessary resources to provide General Engineering Consulting Services as further described in the Scope of Services. Note: In order to download any MDX solicitation, you must first be registered as a Vendor with MDX. This can only be facilitated through MDX’s Website: www.mdxway.com, under “Doing Business with MDX: Vendor Registration”. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for February 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The deadline for submitting a Technical Proposal is March 17, 2015 by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
