    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice that on February 5, 2015, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Destin, Florida the Commission considered a petition for a permanent waiver of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), F.A.C., by Major Robert Van Reeth on behalf of John T. Derby. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), (F.A.C.), that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioners petition for a permanent waiver of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), (F.A.C.).
