    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 6, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Janie Poe Associates 3, LLC requesting a waiver from the timing provisions of the 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan at Paragraph 9 as incorporated and adopted by Rule 67-48.002, F.A.C., in which the Petitioner seeks to allow the approval of the credit exchange prior to the last quarter of the Place-In-Service year for Janie’s Garden or 2015.

    A copy of the Petition for Variance or Waiver may be obtained by contacting: Ashley M. The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
