NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 1, January 2, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Summary of Statement of Legislative Ratification should read as follows: The agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: the Office conducted an economic analysis of the potential impact of the proposed rule and determined that there will be no adverse economic impact or regulatory increases that would require legislative ratification.
