    The Southwest Florida Water Management District announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, February 27, 2019, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

    PLACE: UF/IFAS Citrus Research and Education Center’s Ben Hill Griffin, Jr. Citrus Hall, 700 Experiment Station Rd., Lake Alfred, FL 33850

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Southwest Florida Water Management District is hosting one workshop for residents who live along the North Winter Haven Chain of Lakes in Polk County. Lakefront residents of Lakes Conine, Fannie, Haines, Hamilton, Henry, Lowery, Rochelle, Smart and the Peace Creek Canal are invited to attend to learn more about changes to the current structure operational guidelines. There will be an open house the first hour of the workshop, followed by a presentation and open discussion. One or more Governing Board members may attend.
