    The Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees announce the following meetings which are open to the public, and an Executive Session for Tuesday, February 12, 2019. All meetings will be held at the College’s Administrative Offices. 

    DATE AND TIME: Finance & Audit Committee Quarterly Meeting, Tuesday, February 12, 2019, 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED:  Financial matters of the College

    Executive Session: Tuesday, February 12, 2019, 11:45 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

    PLACE: FSCJ Administrative Offices, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, Room 406

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:  Executive Session and Board discussion regarding the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement and related labor matters pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes (2018).

    Pursuant to Section 447.605, Florida Statutes (2018), the Executive Session is closed to the public and exempt from the provisions of Section 286.011, Florida Statutes (2018). Documents prepared for the Executive Session pertaining to faculty collective bargaining are confidential and exempt from subsection 119.07(1), Florida Statutes (2018).

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED:  Enrollment Improvements in Partnerships, Processes and Personalization

    Regular Board Meeting: Tuesday, February 12, 2019, 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED:  Regular meeting

    Copies of the agenda for the regular Board meeting will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, February 5, 2019, and copies will be provided upon written request and the payment of approved duplicating charges. Any person requesting to address agenda items at the Board of Trustees meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so by appearing before the Board at the meeting. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the regular board meeting, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
