NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Podiatric Medicine has received a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Declaratory Statement by Robert G. Smith DPM, MSc RPh CPed CPRS, on January 31, 2020. On October 22, 2019, the Petitioner sought the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B18-17.001(d) as it applied to the petitioner. The petition has been withdrawn upon request of Petitioner.
The Notice of Declaratory Statement was published in Vol.45/No.226, on November 20, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received on the Petition.
