The Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Water Resource Management, announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Final workshop to consider amendments to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., the statewide Environmental Resource Permitting rules, including Applicants Handbook Volumes I and II. This workshop is in conjunction with a workshop to consider revisions to the Operating Agreement Concerning Regulation Under Part IV, Chapter 373, F.S., Between Northwest Florida Water Management District and Department of Environmental Protection, and its incorporation into Rule 62-113.100, F.A.C., where other similar agreements are incorporated. The agreement is currently incorporated under Chapter 62-346, F.A.C., but that chapter may be repealed following the Departments Statewide Environmental Resource Permitting rulemaking.
