NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-13-131-S on February 11, 2014, in response to an application submitted by Sunchase Townhomes Owner’s Association, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the application for Sunchase Townhomes Owner’s Association did meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. This order substitutes for and replaces the Department’s previous order DEO-13-131 issued on December 20, 2013, as Sunchase Townhomes timely submitted proof of that the Sunchase Townhomes Owners Association has the authority to enforce the revitalized covenants.
Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order approved the application for covenant revitalization.
