SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of replacement of the main distribution switchgear and removal of miscellaneous panels and components. The estimated construction cost is not to exceed $70,000. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held February 23 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Arlington Heights Elementary School No. 240, 1520 Sprinkle Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. Project funding is subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
