NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 9, 2016, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurant, received a petition for a Routine Variance for paragraph 61C-1.004(2)(a), F.A.C., paragraph 61C-4.010(7)(c), F.A.C., subsection 61C-4.010(6), F.A.C., and Section 6-402.11, 2009 FDA Food Code from Wetzels Pretzels located in Lake Buena Vista. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one accessible bathroom must be provided for use by customers and employees. They are requesting to utilize public bathrooms located on the same level over 300 feet away for customers and employees.

The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m.
