The Office of Early Learning hereby gives notice:

The Office issued an order denying the request made by Eric Brock, for a waiver from the requirements of subsection 6M-4.610(3), F.A.C., as it relates to the Petitioner's ability to be employed by a child care provider that provides school readiness services. The petition was filed with the Office of Early Learning on or about November 14, 2017. Notice of the petition was published on November 20, 2017 in Volume 43, No. 224 of the Florida Administrative Register. The order denying the request was filed on February 9, 2018. The order denies the petition as Petitioner has failed to demonstrate that the purpose of the underlying statute will or has been achieved by other means.
