    DATE AND TIME: February 20, 2020, 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. CT

    PLACE: Brownsville Community Center, 3200 W. De Soto Street, Pensacola, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a public information meeting for State Road (S.R.) 30 (U.S. 98 / Navy Boulevard) from New Warrington Road to the Bayou Chico Bridge. This meeting is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements. The intent of this project is to reconstruct Navy Boulevard between New Warrington Road and the Bayou Chico Bridge using the FDOT complete-street concept. The project accommodates bicyclists, pedestrians and transit; supports the Escambia County redevelopment goals; and provides access to adjacent parcels and side streets. Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. There will be no formal presentation, however, representatives from FDOT will be available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
