    NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

    The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Bonifay’s proposed two phase project for the rehabilitation/replacement of portions of the wastewater collection system and modification of the existing treatment plant will not have a significant adverse affect on the environment. The first phase cost, which consists of the rehabilitation/replacement of the wastewater collection system, is estimated at $6,318,100. Phase two of the project is anticipated to be implemented after five years. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
