NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 9, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety received a petition for The Salvador Condominium located at 199 Dali Blvd., St Petersburg, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Sections 3007.4.1 and 3007.4.2, Florida Building Code, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, because the 150 square foot requirement would pose a significant economic/financial hardship.
