NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR SOCCER TEAM FACILITIES AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has received an unsolicited proposal from Miami Beckham United LLC (Inter Miami) pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, to design, construct, occupy, and maintain Soccer Team Facilities and Community Facilities on Parcels 19B, 25, 26, and 27 at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. The City of Fort Lauderdale will accept other proposals for the same project on or before the twenty-first day after Friday, February 8, 2019. Other proposals for the same project must be received in writing in the City of Fort Lauderdale City Manager’s Office, 100 North Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33301, before 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday, March 1, 2019.
