NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 30, 2024, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for Waiver from Tracy Wyatt. Tracy Wyatt is requesting that the Department of Financial Services grant a Waiver from subsection 69J-7.001(5) of the Florida Administrative Code regarding the “Improvement 4 – Opening Protection (Windows)” requirements that are located on pages 12 and 13 of form DFS-O1-001, Homeowner’s Guide.
