NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Parole Commission has issued an Order Denying Petition to Initiate Rulemaking in response to a Petition filed by Randall Prater on January 4, 2008. By order dated January 30, 2008, the Commission denied the Petition finding that any statutory changes enacted regarding the program consideration are clearly covered by subsection 23-21.006(10), Florida Administrative Code, when read in conjunction with sub-subparagraph 23-21.010(5)(b)2.(h), F.A.C.
