NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on January 28, 2008, the Department of Children and Family Services, received a petition for Waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C. assigned Case No. 08-002W. The petition was received by petitioners, Erica Tollett, Donna Blackman and Jennifer Davenport on behalf of Devereux Florida. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university.
