PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 69O-149.0025, F.A.C., defines the term “Attained Age Premium Schedules” in a manner that may be inconsistent with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (“PPACA”). The proposed amendment to the Rule states that the aforementioned definition shall not apply to the extent that it is pre-empted by PPACA.
