65C-13.030:Standards for Licensed Out-of-Home Caregivers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 1, 2018, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65C-13.030(3)(i)1, Florida Administrative Code, from Marivelise Martinez-Mercado, assigned Case No. 18-004W. Per subparagraph 65C-13.030(3)(i)1, F.A.R., all sleeping areas shall be in bedrooms separate from the public areas of the house. Children’s bedrooms shall have adequate space for the number of children sleeping in the room.
