A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOLLOWING PROCEDURES PER F.S. 287.057 4 (C) ACY CONTRACTORS, LLC ON BEHALF OF NCF INVITES VENDORS TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE COMPLETE REROOF AND STORM DAMAGE REPAIRS AT THE SOCIAL SCIENCES.
The Board of Trustees of New College of Florida (NCF) announces that proposals will be required from qualified vendors licensed in the State of Florida for the Social Sciences Building reroof and repairs.

Scope:
ACY Contractors, LLC are soliciting proposals on behalf of the Owner, for the Social Sciences Building Reroof and Repairs. This project consists of storm damage replacements throughout an approximately 1,700 square feet two-story existing building. A Complete re-roof of the entire building and all associated flashings, gutters, and downspouts. The work will focus on the removal and replacement of water damaged interior finishes. Trades included, but not limited to: Roofing, rough carpentry and Simpson straps, plaster and stucco repairs, drywall replacement, concrete grouting and sidewalks, exterior caulking and waterproofing, interior and exterior painting, general trades, minor site work repairs, selective demolition, A/C window unit replacement panels, and electrical.
SEALED RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERED BY THE DUE DATE AND TIME TO ACY CONTRACTORS, LLC AS IDENTIFIED IN THE RFP.
