NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 241, December 14, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
66B-1.003 Definitions
The basic terms utilized in this rule are defined as follows:
(1) through (25) No change.
(26) “FIRST BUDGET HEARING” means the public hearing to adopt a tentative District budget and proposed millage rate as required by Section 200.065(2)(c), F.S.
