PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule development is to incorporate changes to the Florida Title XIX Long-Term Care Reimbursement Plan payment methodology, effective January 1, 2007.The certified nursing assistant staffing ratio will be modified in accordance with Section 400.23(3), Florida Statutes, and the 2006-07 General Appropriations Act, House Bill 5001, Specific Appropriation 243, effective January 1, 2007.
