Family Safety and Preservation ProgramThe Department of Children and Family Services announces a public meeting to discuss the eligibility determination process for Medicaid benefits based on age, disability, or need for assistive or nursing home care. Interested parties, including the general public, recipients, family members, advocates, and service providers, are invited to provide comments and suggestions on the process.
