NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 11, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from AMC HTG I, LTD, requesting a waiver of Rule 67-21.003(1)(a), F.A.C., and Non-Competitive Application Package Instructions, in order to allow for the transfer of twenty-one percent (21%) of the membership interests in the Petitioner’s non-managing general partner to another entity.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
