The PD&E Study involves developing and evaluating alternatives to widen the existing roadway and possibly adding a median. This Public Kickoff Meeting is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to discuss with the staff the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of the potential improvements.
