Sarasota FMS #14 Renovations (Project No. 214006)
J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. (JKC) (CGC-062093), the Design-Builder for the Sarasota FMS #14 Renovations hereby solicits sealed proposals for the referenced project in accordance with the proposal documents to include but not limited to the following:

Drawings will be made available on 3/18/15. Drawings will be available via the JKC ISqFt portal. Each interested subcontractor will be provided an Invitation to Bid (ITB). Subcontractors are responsible for all shipping and printing costs.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, 3/25/15, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. (202 East Center Street, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689). Please advise us of your attendance by 3/20/15.
No verbal instruction or directives will be accepted regarding this project during the proposal period. All instructions or directives must be clarified through written Addenda or Supplements. All questions regarding the work should be directed to the Design-Builder, in writing by 3/27/15 to estimatingfl@jkokolakis.com. The Owner and Architect will not accept calls regarding this project.
All interested subcontractors must be pre-qualified. Subcontractors must submit pre-qualification prior to 4/1/15 in order to be considered for this project. Pre-qualification information will be provided upon request using JKC ISqFt portal. Requests for pre-qualification information should be transmitted to bperry@jkokolakis.com and estimatingfl@jkokolakis.com.

Deadline for receipt of Proposal Packages (Listed Above) has been set for Tuesday, 4/8/15, at 2:00 p.m.. Only proposals received on or before the time and date listed will be considered. All proposals received after 2:00 p.m., of the day specified above, will be returned unopened.
The DMA and JKC reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposal in whole or part to waive informalities and irregularities.
All future updates regarding this project will only be posted to pre-qualified bidders only.
