    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The DEP is announcing a meeting for the Lower St. Johns River Main Stem Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). Items to be discussed include the seventh annual progress report, water quality information, and project updates. The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) for total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the freshwater and marine sections of the Lower St. Johns River. Meeting discussion will include an overview of the seventh progress report, describing projects and activities that occurred from January through December 2015.
