NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Massage Therapy
has received the petition for declaratory statement from Dar Mikula.
The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rules 64B7-32.009, F.A.C., regarding Continuing Education, and Rule 64B7-32.0095, F.A.C., with respect to Continuing Education for Pro Bono Services as it applies to the petitioner.
