64B-1.003: Examination Administration

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 08, 2010, the Department of Health has issued an order.
The Department determines that it is appropriate to grant Petitioner’s request for a determination of emergency and temporary waiver of subsection 64B-1.003(9), F.A.C., and to allow Petitioner’s employee CDR candidate Joni Deanne Keams, to re-take the CDR examination one time prior to January 15, 2010.
