PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this amendment is to modify Library Cooperative Grant, the Library Services and Technology Act (“LSTA”) Grant, and Library Construction Grant program rules.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Library Cooperative Grant, the LSTA Grant, and the Library Construction Grant programs are administered by the Division of Library and Information Services.
