    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of the TMDL Executive Committee, interested stakeholders and general public to discuss the Lower St. Johns River Mainstem Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss the 2013 Five-Year Assessment Report.
