    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 14-107.02, F.A.C. is proposed to address recent legislative changes to Section 337.251(2), Florida Statutes. The new rule establishes an application fee for the submission of proposals for lease of Department of Transportation property for joint public-private development, not to exceed the anticipated cost of evaluating the proposals.
