    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal (the “Department”), has received the petition for declaratory statement from Richard Coates (the “Petitioner”) on February 9, 2015.The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) 1:1.1, 1:2, 1:28.1.6.1.1.1, 1:13.6.1.2, 1:13.6.8.1.3.1, 1:13.6.8.1.3.2, 1:10.2, and 1:10.3.1, 1:28.1.8, and 1:28.1.9., as it applies to the petitioner.
