FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 17, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from HTG Miami-Dade 5, LLC, requesting a waiver and adjustment of the Total Development Cost per Unit Limitation (“TDC”) found in Exhibit C to RFA 2013-003 – Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties (the “2013 RFA”). Specifically, the Petitioner requests an Adjustment from the TDC limitation of $263,0000 per unit for new construction high-rise projects, as set forth in Section 8 of Exhibit C to the 2013 RFA, and an increase in the TDC limitation from $263,000 per unit to $280,100 per unit, which is the amount set forth in the current Request for Applications being solicited by the Corporation for similar projects in Miami-Dade County.
