DEPARTMENT OF THE LOTTERY

The Department of the Lottery announces the following public meetings to which all persons are invited.

DATES AND TIMES: Monday, February 29, 2016, 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time; Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time; Wednesday, March 2, 2016, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time; Thursday, March 3, 2016, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time; Friday, March 4, 2016, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and continuing from day to day thereafter as may be required.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting of the Evaluation Team to discuss, evaluate, and score the Replies submitted in response to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), Project Number 066-14/15: Lottery Gaming System and Related Commodities & Services; and other matters relevant to the above-referenced ITN. The Evaluation Team may make a determination to continue this meeting at a future date and time should it deem necessary to do so.
