    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will be conducting a webinar to present the finalized Florida Gulf Environmental Benefit Fund (GEBF) Restoration Strategy and to discuss the 2018 GEBF funding cycle. The Restoration Strategy is the culmination of a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation funded, science-based restoration planning effort in Florida. This document will be used as a tool by FWC and DEP to assist with their selection and development of projects under GEBF that will restore and conserve Florida’s Gulf Coast natural resources. Participants who are not familiar with GEBF implementation in Florida and the history of the Restoration Strategy can review background information at https://floridadep.gov/wra/deepwater-horizon/content/nfwf prior to the conference.
