The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

On February 16, 2018, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from Edgewater at Hidden Bay, filed December 21, 2017, and advertised on December 28, 2017, in Vol. 43, No. 249 of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from an unspecified section of ASME A17.1, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW 2017-229).
