NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology has received a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by from Colleen Endrizzi, Ph.D. (IS), MS, CCC-SLP, on behalf of Achievement-Rehabilitation on February 07, 2020. On September 5, 2019, the Petitioner sought the Board’s interpretation and the applicability of statutory provisions, rules, or orders over which the Board, has authority, including Section 468.1125, F.S., regarding direct supervision. The petition has been withdrawn upon request of Petitioner and was approved by the Board.
The Notice of Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 45, No. 175, on September 7, 2019 in the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received on the Petition.
