NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT that the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from In Re: Petition for Declaratory Statement, Cynthia L. Gleason, Unit Owner, Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club Condominium Association I, Inc.; Docket Number 2007001248.
