    Customer Meeting in Docket No. 060575-WS - Application for Staff-Assisted Rate Case in Lee County by Useppa Utility Company, Inc.

    The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, February 28, 2007, 1:00 p.m.

    PLACE: Tarpon Bar, Useppa Island, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the Utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may attend and participate in this meeting.

    Emergency Cancellation of Customer Meeting. If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the meeting, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties. Notice of cancellation of the meeting will also be provided on the Commission’s website http://www.psc.state.fl.us under the Hot Topics link found on the home page.
