Irizarry, Petitioners/Unit Owners, In Re: Laguna Pointe Condominium Association of Pensacola, Inc., Docket No. 2009006251 on February 3, 2009.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 718.301(7), 718.113 and 718.303, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
