NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 09, 2009, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver or Variance from paragraph 67-48.020(2)(b), F.A.C., or in the Alternative, For Waiver or Variance from paragraph 67-48.004(14)(a), F.A.C., and Corresponding Application Instructions, from Cypress Senior Village LLC, (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver or variance from paragraphs 67-48.020(2)(b) or 67-48.004(14)(a), F.A.C., so as to allow Cypress Senior Village to qualify for a 0% interest rate HOME loan.
