AMENDED NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DECLARATORY STATEMENT

The Board of Professional Geologists hereby gives notice that on February 6, 2015, it received an amended Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Aaron M. Blumberg, Esq, on behalf of Dr. Subodh Acharya. The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Title XXXII Chapter 492.116, Florida Statutes, regarding whether Petitioner should be licensed as a professional geologist to practice in his position as a Postdoctoral Associate.
