NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 15, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for The One Eleven Building located at 111 Orange Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 33418. Petitioner seeks a temporary variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 100.2, 1978 edition, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires water to be removed from the elevator pit with a sump pump which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
