NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rick Reynolds on February 12, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of NFPA 14, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner is asking for a determination of whether a replacement of the fire pump gives the AHJ the ability to require pressures be increased at the standpipe connections to supply the required minimum pressures for the local fire departments high-rise pack equipment under NFPA 14.
