NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Maria Wood and Robert Kneeland. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61J2-10.026., F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
