NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40 No. 247, December 23, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

59A-26.017 Plans Submission and Fee Requirements.

(1) through (5) No change.

(6) Plans and specifications shall be submitted for review at any of the in three stages of development described in this rule. Approval of a Stage III submission is required to begin construction. Exceptions to the requirement for Stage I and/or Stage II submissions may be granted upon review of the size, scope and complexity of a project by the Agency’s Office of Plans and Construction.
